Chapter 5. Back in Time
Rachel was certain that her arms were not swimming upwards. There was not even a blink of an eye.
Her head bobbed up in the middle of the eternity river, the sunlight scorching down the ripples, and the shouts of the people resounded in her ears. Her nose, eyes, and entire body limped toward the saltwater. Her fingertips also went numb.
Rachel was perplexed as she swam forward. Her petticoat was inconvenient.
