Catherine’s POV

My stomach hurt from all the laughing we did the last two hours.

Every time Sarah thought she had found something to embarrass David and get back at him, it backfired on her. He was a great sport throughout the whole evening and grabbed the opportunity to be the center of attention.

The girls loved him, and his open and interesting personality fit right in.

It was fun to have him around, and every girl made sure to include him.

“Hand me a piece of pizza, please,” David asked as Rose started applying his face mask.

“I think you should wait just a bit,” I said. “Just give her a minute to finish up!”

“But I am hungry,” David moaned.

“You will get food stuck in your face mask,” I argued.
