Asher had taken me to the back of Stanford Dome, and we had sat on the bench near the greenhouse.

It had been the perfect spot for me to cry because there had been no one else around but the two of us. It had been a bit far from the classrooms, and almost all the students had been in their rooms because of the closing parties happening in each class or section.

Speaking of the closing party… our program inside the classroom was probably about to start, and Asher was probably being looked for! He was the class president, so I was sure he was being sought after. Besides being the president, he was also the host along with Paige.

“Hey…” I had wiped my tears while speaking. “Go back to the classroom… the party is probably about to start, and they are probably looking for you…” I had tapped his leg and gently pushed him with my shoulder.
