While Tate was singing in front of us, I kept glancing back and forth between the two of them. One second, I was looking at Tate while he performed, then the next, I was watching Asher as he watched Tate.

As I did that, I couldn’t help but assume that this song was really for Asher. Especially when Tate sang the last line of the verse after the chorus. I saw him looking at Asher for about two or three seconds, but Asher didn’t seem to notice because she was staring into space, trying to hold back her tears!

Did… did Tate recognize Asher? Did… did he recognize us?
