Chapter 15

Sky's POV

“I am truly amazed by how well you handled yourself this morning. It was very impressive,” Kyle compliments after training. “If I were in your shoes, I would have been a nervous wreck.”

“The situation didn't call for any outburst or lashes out.” I shrug. “Since she is aware of the fact that I possess some sensitive information about her, I can rest assured that she won't be causing any trouble for me anymore.”

“Wait, you told her you knew?” He stops walking, causing me to stop too and turn to face him.

“Of course. I said I would handle it and I did.”

“Do you think there is a possibility that she might act out against you once more?”

“Nope.” We walk again. “She knows I’m right.”

“Right about what?”

“Ethan.” 

He tenses at my side and stops walking again. 

“What?” I asked

“Um, I’m actually going to go home. To my home.”

“Oh. Okay.” 

Kyle nods his head in agreement and then walks away
