Following the increase of suicides of the captured perpetrators that Lacey believed were members of the gang of robbers, she had not been herself lately. Every step closer to finding the mastermind behind all the happenings, the perpetrators turned up dead in her grasp or the police cell with an autopsy showing they swallowed a suicide pill.
