Chapter 85. Testimony of the Dirty Cop

Lacey breathed a sigh, expressing total sadness. Captain Jude told them everything they needed to know, starting with how Kyle and his men ambushed Jones and killed the three werewolves with him.

The information he’s leaving out is where to find Detective Jones. Ruby isn’t finding it funny anymore. Lacey has done her part. It’s time to do hers. She approached the captain with her face distorted with ire. 

“I will help myself out with the details,” she said, grabbing the captain’s head with both hands.

The captain’s body jerked twice and stopped. Ruby’s eyes turned white throughout as she took a deep walk into the captain’s head to find out what he knew he was not willing to give up.
