Chapter 11. Alpha Elijah

Layla’s eyes widened with horror as she could only watch Eleanor walk away. She wasn’t stupid enough to try and stop her and risk it even more than she already did.

At this point, Eleanor was gonna reach the mountainside and if she didn’t find Rhia there...that would be suspicious. Or what if she does find her, and finds out Rhiannon is with the book?

Rhiannon ran, scaling through the dense trees. She followed the same path that had led her into the territory of the Timberfangs the last time she had been here.

It was dark by the time she got there, and the thick Fog swallowed her once again. Alone, she navigated through, hoping Alpha Elijah was here already.

They had agreed to meet a lot later than this, but not everything goes as planned.

She cannot hold onto the book any longer, or else she was gonna get caught and her death sentence would come much, much earlier.

Her senses were on high alert as she kept moving, along with an unnervin
