Chapter 14

“Oh … hey.” He acknowledged me, as if unsure of the perfect words to say to me but still determined to speak to me. A tinge of joy flashed through his eyes as he waited for my response.

“W-hat would you like to have?” I stuttered in an attempt to switch the conversation to something work related. I could see a few heads turning towards our direction so I quickly gestured with my hands after he had told me what he wanted to snack on.

“Have your seat here sir.” I raised my voice a little higher so that others would hear. For some reasons, I felt like more bloggers would be on the lookout for both of us and no one could be trusted in cases like this. Anyone could just easily take a photo of us and then send it to bloggers.

While packaging his order, Annatruim kept on bugging me with questions. She asked if I knew him and she noticed the way he kept on smiling while I acted awkwardly. I wondered if she had seen that picture of both of us and just wanted to hear everyth
