A few minutes later, Jessica knocked on the door before pushing it open. “Hi, Jessica,” Brian said excitedly when he spotted the lunch box in her hand.

“Hello, Brian,” she said with a smile. “I did not mean to interrupt your meeting. I just wanted to drop this off for Xavier, but the receptionist insisted that I bring it up myself, and there might not be enough food for both of you,” she said.
