By the time Xavier got into the room, he was startled by a strange figure lying on his bed, and that was when it dawned on him that he had married a stranger today.

He felt exhausted from the day’s activities and decided to go to bed and have a talk about the contract tomorrow.

He took a quick shower and jumped into bed. He used some pillows as a barrier between them to keep her away. There was no way he was going to allow this woman to touch him. He barely knew her. He would ask his assistant to do a background check on her.
