Chapter 45. Surrounded

“Didn’t we agree you shouldn’t use your power?” Becky glared at Jimmy. She’s upset with the response Jimmy gave when he told her he x-rayed the concrete wall to find out.

She was angry but still concerned about his well-being. Telling him not to use his power was for his safety and that of the people around him.

As Jimmy was about to utter a word, an advanced megaphone from outside started making announcements.

“Humans! We know you are in there!”

“Come out with your hands on your head, and we won’t bring the building down.”
