Elsie POV

Her eyes bore deep into mine like she was staring into my soul.‎

‎”You approached him with ill intention?” she muttered, tilting her head.

‎”What?”

“You came to him with a hidden agenda, didn’t you?”

‎I was short of words. How the hell did she know that?

“Spill it. What do you want from him? His money?”

So she didn’t know the exact reason. I exhaled a small sigh of relief.

I recoiled as she approached.

‎‎”I have no idea what you’re talking about”

‎‎Her eyes narrowed. “Oh, I think you do. I’ll find out what it is and when I do, you will regret ever getting to know me. You better watch your back” she sounded like she really was onto me.
