Chapter 45. Closed Door to My Heart
I went to the room I was staying in and changed into the blue jumpsuit Juliette brought me. My eyes lingered on the white shirt that I left on the bed. I wanted to take it with me, but I didn't want anything to hold me back.
So, swallowing the lump in my throat and blinking back the tears, I folded the shirt nicely and kept it on the bed before exiting the room. I stopped myself from even hugging it one last time. Staying in the mansion was painful since I promised myself to never come back here, but leaving it again was even more painful.
Aaron didn't come to say goodbye anymore. There was nothing left to be spoken between us. Hence, I didn't say anything either and marched outside. I hopped inside the vanity van and motioned for the driver to start.
However, I wasn't expecting to see a swarm of paparazzi waiting for me outside the estate gate, blocking our way. The driver had to press the brake with no other choice.
