Chapter 50. A Costing Wish
Finally, it was the day that Aaron would come to my place for dinner.
I woke up early in the morning and cleaned the whole apartment. The last thing I wanted was for Aaron to point out how messy and unhygienic my place was. And oh, my God, there was so much dust everywhere. Had I really been living like a pig?
Oh, well, even if I had been, for my petty pride's sake, I could not let Aaron find out.
It was afternoon now, yet I was already preparing for dinner because I wanted to exterminate the failed projects and needed time to start over again. Just in case, I already had some takeout in the fridge. Better safe than sorry.
