Chapter 164. Two Last Names

“I’m okay, guys. You don’t need to worry about me,” I said, just for them to stop.
Nica and the other two girls won’t drop it though. Perhaps they’re too curious about it. I guess.
Unlike Max, Philip, and the drivers, who only focused on their food, the three girls didn’t drop the topic. They continued asking me questions I didn’t want to answer.
“She’s married now to Lyle Daniels, right? Are you comfortable about that, sir? I heard he’s her childhood friend,” Fatima stated.
“Yes, she is happily married. I’m okay with it… All of us have to move on and I didn’t want to hinder her happiness. No one should be that kind of person,” I said, hoping they would stop asking.
That’s the thing about me. I really cannot voice out when I’m feeling uncomfortable. It’s one of the things nobody knows about me. Still learning about it, though.
“I guess so… but sir, you’re a very kind and good-looking man. You’ll find someone else. You’ll be happy too,”
