That morning, I noticed Lena was giving me the silent treatment. I knew I deserved it for yelling at her like that, but I didn’t want to admit that to her. It was only a matter of minutes before she got over it and talk to me first.
I mean, she was also at fault for touching my stuff without my permission.
We passed by each other many times in the house and she still refused to acknowledge me till I left for work. I pretended like I wasn’t bothered about it but it was all I could think about all day at work.
When I couldn’t take it anymore, I made a phone call. “Are you busy?”
“I’ll be free in the next one hour, what’s up?” Gray replied.
“Meet me at Austin’s bar in an hour.” I hung up and wrapped up my work at the office.
