Chapter 15. I Love You, Mommy!

Rose's heart transplant was set to take place tomorrow. She told Mila that she wanted to be a princess before her surgery the next day.

That request made Mila smile, and after a while, she immediately began rummaging through Rose's big closet in search of the most gorgeous dress that Rose owned.

"You're stunning, sweetie," Mila murmured while holding Rose's chin, admiring Rose's beautiful, innocent face.

There was no denying that Rose inherited her gorgeous looks from her father, Edward. Every detail of her face was indeed a carbon copy of Edward's.

Mila pressed her lips together and gazed into Rose's eyes as soon as Edward crossed her mind. In her hands, it looked like she was dressing up a perfectly dolled-up Rose.

Rose giggled as she climbed down from the stool and twirled her pink balloon dress with gold glitters around it. She looked like a princess indeed.

"Thank you very much, Mommy!"
