Chapter 24

Finally, today was the day — the last day of the student week. The past four days hadn’t been easy, venturing from one task to another. I hardly got time for myself, let alone enough sleep. Yesterday was so exhausting for me; I took an order of cupcakes — 50 pieces for two clients, and you know the first impression needs to be very good. I took my time and made the cupcakes.
They sent me a message this morning saying they loved them and would order more. They wouldn’t want to miss out on my magic hands. And I’d taken an order for a birthday cake, which would be in two weeks’ time. At least, I’d be at my best within that time. Mom was helpful too; she assisted in packaging them for me. We called a delivery man to take them to their destination.
I met up with the rest of my group members in Ian’s office. The past four days made us get along with each other. Speaking of Ian, I remembered our meeting. To be honest, I thought he was going to say that
