Chapter 23

Leonardo Hunter

I woke up somewhat late today because I was up all night. The Black Moon Pack launched an attack on our residents in the small town. Nathaniel, the next in line successor to the Black Moon Pack, who was also my cousin, was the one behind the attack. No matter how hard he tried, he wouldn’t be able to measure up to me. My wolf was much more powerful than his.

I always told him that being able to defeat me wouldn’t be easy. His father didn’t teach him the skills and strategies. Their only motive was to see the Silver Pack in havoc, which wouldn’t be something easy. Even with their failed mission, they didn’t give up. Immediately we came face to face, they retreated. He knew he’d have to have enough up his sleeve, which he was not doing.

I fixed my tie, checking myself in the mirror before making my way out of the room. Ian was seated at the dining table, eating cereal.

“Seriously, are you a small kid? Cereal?” I said, shaking my head.
