Chapter 10. I Am Your Mommy

Avery’s POV

“Our mommy?” The boys ask in unison, and I can’t help the small smile that stretches on my lips when I see the look of surprise on their faces.

Lucas runs towards me, hugging me—or rather, my waist. “You really are my mommy?” I hear him ask, and I nod my head, unable to say a single word as I stare into his eyes that shine with tears, which makes my heart ache, and I unconsciously pat his dark hair.
