Chapter 101. Reunion
~Western city gates, Andreia, two weeks ago~
"Welcome back, Moriah," Damian uttered, staring into Moriah's crimson eyes with a gentle smile. They both stood under a gentle storm, surrounded by lifeless bodies and blood. The sky had turned dark gray, and the dark clouds blocked the rays of moonlight from reaching the ground.
The scent of blood, rain, and burnt wood permeated the surrounding air, and the depressing scene of slaughtered soldiers looked like a sight from a nightmare.
