“All the preparations have been made, my lord. Once the delivery of the last food supplies begins, we will be on our way back home,” Festus informed. He sat on a chair by the bed Prince Damian was on. Damian sat on the bed with his back rested on the piece of the bed frame behind him. A white bandage was wrapped around his head, and he held a hot cup of tea in his hands. Damian’s tea permeated the surrounding air, filling it with its herbal, honey-flavored aroma, and its warmth spread through his palms, countering the chill that came with the winter.
