Chapter 125. Supernatural Animals
Our carriage moved for several hours through the windy streets of the back ends, stopping at different parts from deserted to slightly populated areas to feed the horses and rest—the back ends was a lot bigger than I expected.
For a while, it seemed our destination, which I initially thought was Mr. Garrison’s house, was unreachable. The driver had clarified, during one of our stops, that we weren’t going to Mr. Garrison’s house as he was away on a trip to one of the other two districts to inspect the reconstruction of one of Andreia’s warehouses, but wouldn’t say where exactly we were going.
