Kathrin’s fury reignited. Her helmet snapped back into place as she launched herself at him, screaming in anger.

Kathrin launched herself at the bounty hunter, swinging her sword in different directions, aiming to land a cut on his body. The bounty hunter moved swiftly, avoiding each attack as they came.

“You have severe anger issues, girl,” the cloaked man said softly.

Kathrin swung her blade at his neck, intending to decapitate him. He caught her arm with his left hand and drove his right fist into her stomach with enormous force. Kathrin coughed up blood, and he followed with another punch, sending her flying a considerable distance away.

Kathrin dropped to one knee, coughing heavily as she clutched her stomach with her left hand.

“Your mind isn’t clear enough, Kathrin. You need to focus. Anger won’t solve your problem, and being the best fighter isn’t everything...” the cloaked man said.
