Kissing Lena was the best thing that ever happened to me. Since she left, and I had no word of her existence, I felt sad. But kissing Lena again felt magical. Lena's kisses were always the most exquisite kisses I've ever tasted in my life. I almost made love to her. Until I noticed a man's shirt in Lena's room. I couldn't help but think that Jake had made love to Lena in that bed.

I got dressed and walked towards the exit. Lena and I argued. My heart broke hearing the way she spoke to me, but I didn't let her see it. Inside, I was falling apart.

Still, I felt secure. I made my decision. I wouldn't stop fighting for her. I was sure that eventually, Lena and I would be together again. But I knew the path wouldn't be easy for either of us.

I opened the door to her house. I wanted to leave. But Jake came back home.
