Riley's POV

"Guys, chill. I never told you he did anything to me." Jane told us with a smile.

If she thought that smile was doing anything to trick us then she thought wrong. There was no way Diane or I would believe that the scars on her face had nothing to do with her husband.

"I'll only warn you once, think before you speak if you don't want to face my fist."

You'd think that came from Diane because she was the more violent one amongst us three but guess then, I shocked the hell out of everybody, me included because I was the one who said that to Jane.

Jane stared at me with wide eyes. I hardly ever got angry, especially at my sister's but if I was this angry then she knew very well that this was a very serious issue. There was no way I was going to sit here while her stupid ass husband hit her.

"I'll ask you again," I told her. "Who the fuck hit you? And you better tell me the fucking truth this time or else..."
