Hilda sat on the edge of her bed, scrolling aimlessly through her phone. The creak of the door drew her attention and she lifted her head towards the door. Sinclair stood there, and there was hesitation on his face. He seemed like he wanted to have a conversation with her. Hilda stood up as he approached her, folding her hands on her chest and looking at him questioningly.
