Chapter 24. Selena Bursted

Isabel entered Selena’s room a few minutes later. "Have you found anything yet?"

"No." Hania said as she came out of the bathroom.

You won’t find anything there, I assured you. Maybe she’s just acting strange because Jordan passed away.

"She’s acting really strangely." Hania placed her hands closest to her hips, on the side of her waist. She had her teeth on the bottom of her lips. "When was the last time you replaced the windows in the bathroom, Mom?"

"Hmm, that was probably two years ago. Really, I can’t recall. Why did you ask?

"Haha! Mom!" Excitedly, she called. I think I might have at last found something. The window won’t be particularly clean considering that it is only two years old, right?

Isabel slowly nodded her head. She still doesn’t understand what Hania was trying to say. Come on.

"It appears like Selena’s bathroom window is clean."

"Perhaps she cleaned it or washed it."
