Chapter 8. Wonders Shall Never End

After changing his clothes, he returned to the Storm Wielder community. 

“Alpha.” Tyler approached Titus while holding a long robe when he noticed him. “How did the haunting go?” Tyler encircled Titus’s body in clothing as he walked alongside him. 

Titus frowned. “It wasn’t much fun.” He nearly killed his mate by biting her to death, but he couldn’t tell his best friend. Where would he start? If he revealed that their future Luna was a human, no wolves would be happy. 

“I made a note. You have no human remains or blood on you. What happened outside? You always bring a piece back with you and hang it in the public square as a reminder of your hatred for humans every time you leave for your haunt.”

Titus sighed as he entered the mansion. 

“I finally got it,” Tyler said. “It’s the red moon. Anyone you bite will be forced to transform into one of us, even if they don’t want to.”
