"Where is she?" I demanded, my voice tinged with desperation.

"Sir, we need you to lay back down," a nurse implored gently.

"I'll ask once more before I fucking destroy all of you. Where the fuck is she? Where's my wife?!" I spat out, my frustration boiling over.

The doctors hesitated, taken aback by my outburst. "I'm sorry, we have to do this. Give him the injection," one of them said, motioning for assistance.

But I refused to relent. I seized the doctor's hand as he approached with the syringe, causing it to clatter to the ground. "Tell me where she is!" I growled, my grip firm.

"Okay! Okay, we'll get her. But let him give you that injection, it'll calm you," another doctor interjected, trying to defuse the situation.

I shook my head adamantly. "I need to see her, and then I'll be calm. Is she okay? Where is she?" I
