Chapter 58. Magical Night

Amelia’s POV

That night with Nolan was magical. No man had ever made me feel that way before. He knew exactly where to touch me and exactly what to do. Marcus never really paid attention to my body. The only times he touched me was when he needed to please himself, and that was if Rose wasn’t available to him at that moment.

Thinking about it now, Marcus did treat me like a piece of crap and never should have been the man I gave so much of myself to. I regretted it till this day but that didn’t mean I wasn’t going to ensure that I lived my life to the fullest and give Nolan the same chance I had given Marcus, with full hope that he was nothing like the first man I married.

“I want you, Amelia,” Nolan whispered close to my ears as his tongue slid down my neck, sending shivers down my body, “I wanted you from the moment I saw you.” His voice slurred as he spoke, and it wasn’t just what he was doing that got me all worked up. Everything about him did.
