“Hey, Miss! I’m dashing in my suit, but you gotta take it slow!” William teasingly said to a woman he bumped into. It widened William’s eyes, knowing that the woman in front was the one he had seen in Lucas’s grave. Before he could ask and react, the woman ran away.
Who would not panic and run away if vampires were already near Clover? She didn’t want to be caught and connected the dots of ideas she gathered and realized that vampires knew she and Victoria were friends. She sincerely wanted to find out the reason behind it, but she had no time; she needed to be in a safe place. Meanwhile, William lost Clover from his sight and had no chance to ask her name.
