Chapter 151. Unwanted Truth

WHEN LUCIAN got home, he felt a bit better, letting Latton know why he needed to side with Malena, but it was not enough to make him feel at ease. There was a part of him that still wanted to cling harder, but he knew moving on was the best option to choose.

He was thinking of sleeping through his feelings but instead, he moved to the spare room at the end of the hall. As he opened it, Latton’s photos were posted on the walls, on the desktop, and everywhere else.

He started removing the photos from the wall and then began deleting all the CCTV footage from the Fleur De Ville unit. Once everything was deleted from his desktop, he gathered all the printed photos and threw them in the trashcan. He opened his drawers and also threw out Latton's old phone. As he rummaged through the drawer to look for anything that would remind him of her, he came across the scarf that she had given him.
