Imani showed Edmond to his room and turned the lights on, revealing the most beautifully decorated guest room Edmond had ever seen. Guest rooms were usually simple and plain, lacking the touch of beautification a personal bedroom had, but this one was different. It even had a chandelier.

"I had it arranged and decorated just for you," Imani said with a smile.

"So you have been expecting me to sleep over."

"I thought you would agree to the first time you came."

Edmond knew there was a reason she asked him to come to her house.

"Do you like it?"

"Absolutely. You went over the top."

"Oh, it's nothing. In my family we believe in treating guests right, though you are more than a guest now."

Edmond chuckled and paced about the room, admiring every detail. Of course Imani would prepare a room for him in her own house. Did she really think he would frequent here? He didn't plan on visiting this
