Chapter 74. You’re Mine
My eyes were trained on the neatly folded paper, and it seemed to be staring right back at me. With a racing heart, I removed my hand from my nose and walked closer.
With each step, the temptation to throw up got stronger. My heart thumped in my chest and I could barely focus when there was a random head just laying there.
“Just a little bit more,” I said to myself as I walked closer to the note. Then with a quick movement, I picked it up and jumped away, putting as much distance between me and the dead as possible.
I unfolded the note until I could see everything on the paper. It was a letter written in cursive. I was not too good at ready cursive but I knew that I would manage.
I had no real choice. And it was not like it was a long letter. There were just three lines. Three lines that caused
