Chapter 75. Just Like Magic

“Is there something that I should be looking at?” I heard the CEO ask, and that made me look at what was a horrific scene.

There was…nothing. Everything was normal, there was no head, no blood, no note; nothing. I was choked by this. 

“But…I swear, Bradley. There was a literal severed head right there!” I felt like I was crazy. It was there, right? It was! I had read the note, I had seen the blood, the smell was in here!
