POV: Harmony Winters

I was pacing around the living room, waiting for Rhys to get back. For no particular reason, I was feeling worried because he had suddenly left the house without informing me. His mother had told me that he was returning home soon, but it was almost 11pm and he hadn’t shown up yet, meaning that he had been out of the house for nearly five hours.

Knowing the kind of person Rhys was, he didn’t step out of the house except if he had something to do outside and even when he did step out, he made sure he returned immediately. Also, since he had said he would be right back, why hadn’t he come back yet?

I had a feeling he had gone to confront Mr Sovanna, otherwise, why would he have just stepped out of the house without telling me of all people? Also, I had been dialling his number and although it had been ringing repeatedly, he had failed to answer his calls.
