Maverick’s POV
The evening air was cool as I stepped out of my car, entering the restaurant’s vibrant atmosphere. I was meeting with a group of close friends for dinner, looking forward to a lighthearted conversation and laughter. Little did I know that this evening would take an unexpected turn.
As I settled into my seat at the table, the lively chatter of my friends filled the air. But my mind was preoccupied, haunted by the image I had seen earlier. I saw Grant with a girl in his arms and took a picture of it. The sight had caught me off guard, stirring up a whirlwind of emotions within me.
