Chapter 11

Adrian's POV

I woke up in the morning and felt like my head was going to split into two. Daxon is such a petty bitch. He was probably pacing all night, knowing it was going to give me a massive headache when I woke up.

"Fuck you, Daxon. This doesn't change my mind about anything, just so you know," I said to him through the mindlink, and he only growled in reply.

I got up and went to brush my teeth and rinsed my face before I decided to go to the basement to work out. It's the only way to let off steam and anger, and I was fucking angry at everything.

I went down the stairs, and no one was awake yet, so I guess it was still early. I checked the time when I entered the basement turned gym, and it was 6:30 am. I am surely awake early for someone who has been on a rollercoaster of events since yesterday.

I took the first swing at the punching bag, and I just imagined it was the Moon goddess, the one who decided to play with my life like this.
