Chapter 81. The Duel of Destiny

Lillian’s POV

We stood atop the dueling platform because Aurora accepted my challenge to fight me.

We faced each other, and I exuded an intimidating presence.

Aurora had her hair tied back in a tight ponytail.

“You look familiar. I can’t remember where I have seen you, Aurora.”

She smirked and struck a pose, preparing to attack me. She didn’t seem intimidated by my presence. “They say power changes people. I’m not surprised you can’t remember me when you saw me.”

Fueled by my extensive combat experience and everything I had gone through, which had increased my fighting skills, I was able to overwhelm Aurora.

“I knew it was you the moment I saw you at the banquet—the little Lillian from Nightstalker Pack.”
