Chapter 10

Adelaide's POV

I'm fleeing from something in the forest. I don't know what I'm running from or where I am. I can hardly see in front of me because it is so dark outside. I'm breathing heavily and struggling to catch my breath. I resume my run as soon as I hear activity nearby. 

"You can never get away from us. We are going to capture you," a voice said to me. I quicken my pace and carry on running. I bump against something and hit the ground while I'm sprinting. 

"I told you we would capture you," When I look up, I see a person in front of me. They begin to laugh and reach out to grasp me.

I try to flee as I start to panic. I jolt awake from my sleep, screaming as I wake up in the bed. I was sweating profusely and had trouble breathing. The bathroom door suddenly sprang open, revealing a concerned Denzel. His wolf was alert because his eyes were gleaming. I was trying to calm down, but I was trembling. With haste, Denzel approached
