Adelaide's POV

After a while, we left the mall and returned home. It was not until we were approaching the house that I realized I had dozed off in the car. I noticed Denzel and Phillip waiting for us at the front door when I peered out the window. With haste, we exited the vehicle and walked over to them. 

"Hi ladies. Did you all have a good time shopping?" Denzel pulled me into an embrace and asked. He swiftly buried his head in my neck and took a long breath. Denzel said, "I missed you so much today," low enough for me to hear. 

I looked up at him and blushed, saying, "I missed you too." I was saying the truth. Today, I genuinely missed Denzel.

"We did have a wonderful time," Cressida moved gently toward us and remarked, "And I am sure Adelaide had a wonderful time with us." She is going to give birth soon because she was really pregnan
