“What did you just say?!” I bellowed.

The guard, whose neck was being crushed by my grip could barely speak, with his eyes widened. My grip on his neck tightened, and in an instant, I snapped it into two. I threw his lifeless body to the ground, but killing him did not satiate my anger.

I looked around the throne room, through each of the guards that stared back at me with fear filled eyes. I pointed to the one on the left, and he flinched.

“You, what exactly did this man report to me, say it again.”

The guard stepped forward as his whole body quivered. He looked down to the ground as he spoke.

“We got word from the branches in the human realm that every single building has been destroyed.”

His words were not making sense to me, just like the previous guy. I shook my head, trying to control the rage that was building up inside of me.
