Olivia's POV

So the next morning I got up with a goal. I'm going to get closer to Noah and try to build a friendship with him. So I got up full of energy, got ready in our bathroom, and then went downstairs to have a quick breakfast. My mother was already gone and left me a message.

I won't be back until this evening. There is food in the fridge. I love you.

So I stuck the note on the fridge and quickly grabbed an apple before I left the house. Then I hopped on my bike and rode to the next town so I could get on the bus, which was already there. So after I picked a nice spot, I unpacked my notes and looked for the relevant pages.

Since there are few things I hate more than being unprepared for something, I looked at today's course content on the bus. True to the motto, better sooner than too late. But since I had already dealt with many of these topics in my free time, few things were new to me.

When the bus stopped at my stop
