It was a new day. But Hadley wasn’t sure what her day would be like. She was sure Jethro was upset after learning she was married, but it was better than telling him too late. Even though things had ended in embarrassment, Hadley trusted Jethro to keep her private life private. She didn’t want this problem to jeopardize her current situation.

Hadley had just left her room, dressed casually and ready to go to work. But as she walked down the stairs, she came to a halt when she came across Benedict’s door. She looked at it, completely confused.

‘Benedict suddenly stopped seeing women for several days. Is he sick or something?’ Hadley questioned herself.
