Cristine's POV

I scanned the printed pictures. It's an image of the vehicle that the kidnappers used to abduct Xander's family.

When I checked the next pictures, my eyebrows furrowed when I saw the same vehicle that the terrorists used to escape from the mall. I didn't notice that.

I looked up at Lea and Regar. Does it mean...

"Yes, the terrorist attack and the kidnapping case are connected," Regar said, like he read my mind.

"So the mastermind of these two cases is just one. And that's what we need to find out," I said and averted my gaze.

I should know who that guy or lady is. This whole thing was taking too many lives in the town. Whoever planned this mess needs to pay for everything that he or she has done.

"Don't worry, while you are recovering, I will handle the team for a while."
