“Shit Layla!!!” Justin exclaimed as he rushed out of the room. “Call the doctor now,” he said anxiously.

Justin paced around the corridor, waiting to hear the news on Layla. The doctor came out a few minutes later, and he rushed over to hear what he had to say.

“Mr. Lockwood, the good news is that the baby is safe,” the doctor said with a smile.

Jack let out a sigh of relief.

“But the baby could be in danger if the mother of the child is not emotionally and physically stable. She is in a terrible state, and it is important to take care of her. She is very stressed, and that is not good for the health of the baby,” the doctor said sternly.

“I would get a nurse to take care of her regularly and prescribe drugs for her,” the doctor said as he took his leave.

Layla stayed in the guest room, resting as instructed by the doctor.
