“Ashley, what are you doing? We talked about this already, remember,” Jack said, worried at her outburst. He didn’t know she loved him this much.

“She is doing the right thing, Jack,” his sister Riley said as she stood up.

Jack marches to her angrily and holds her, moving his mouth towards her ear as everyone looks at them.

“We both know that you are the cause of all this and now that there is competition to take my wealth and place in the company, you are trying to stop it now,” he whispered.

“I have said I am sorry countless times, Jack. It will never happen again. This is the first and last time, I promise,” she whispered.
