"Relax babe," she said softly, and I turned my gaze away. The image of that bastard touching her, flashed through my mind yet again, and I growled. She sighed.

"Kaden," she leaned in, and tilted my head up, making me lock gazes with her. "I'm fine, and you weren't late at all. You arrived at the perfect time, my love." Then, she stole a quick kiss.
